Joe Cipriano is America’s premiere voice over talent, vocally representing America’s top Television Networks, TV Shows and Movies.

You hear Joe Cipriano every day on Radio, TV and in Movie Theaters from coast to coast. He is best known as the signature voice of the Fox Network and CBS Network comedies. He is the in-show announcer for The Primetime Emmy Awards, The Grammy Awards, Deal or No Deal, America's Got Talent and the promo voice for top-rated shows such as Two and a Half Men (CBS), Rules of Engagement (CBS), and Mike and Molly (CBS), Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader (MY Network).

In syndication Joe voices the promos for shows such as Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Deal or No Deal. On cable Joe voices the trailers for the Hallmark Movie Channel and is even the voice who translates the vocal expressions of Chef Masaharu Morimoto on Food Network’s Iron Chef America.

Joe is also the Image Voice of Radio and TV stations worldwide.
